EMS Technologies Inc. is pleased to add the KISS-102 selective soldering machine to our manufacturing floor. It uses the proven "traveling mini-solder wave," and features "super fast" robotic motion to maximize production. EMS Technologies Inc. is using the KISS-102 primarily to flux and solder through hole components on SMT boards within close proximity of adjacent components. The programmable features provide the tools to set all process parameters, including immersion depths, pre-heat dwells, travel distances and speeds, solder temperature and wave height.
